1980 – 1985 Piano and drum lessons
1985 – 1987 Heavy Metal Guitar lessons

Since 1987 live and session musician in various bands e.g. drummer, guitarist, and keyboarder/sequencer programmer in The Fatal Impact, Turncoat Jesus, Shizobrothers, Echtzeitschrauber, Nulldurchgang etc.

1988 first rehearsal room in the Odenwald with the possibility to rehearse day and night

1990 – 1995 involvement in several CD productions for local bands and compilations e.g. “Bonga” and “Darmstadt”-Sampler
50 concerts in Germany with The Fatal Impact, Treibstahl, Turncoat Jesus and other indie bands

1995 – 2000 record and CD salesman with a store in Rimbach/Odenwald. Direct sale and sale through mail order (www.totalrecall.de) of all kinds of phonograms.
Active at record exchanges and phonogram exhibitions all around Europe.

1996 first home recording studio with ATARI, Cubase 1.1 and an ESI32 sampler. The stock of equipment is growing ever since (see equipment list)

1999 – 2002 product manager for service hotlines at SternCom a consulting agency for telecommunication services in Heidelberg.

2003 Opening of the music school “SCHRAUBFABRIK” in Fürth/Odenwald (see picture). Live recordings and CD productions for local bands and comedians from the Rhine-Neckar area.
Consultancy, training, and workshops in the field of sound engineering, midi and audio sequencing.

2003 – 2004 audio engineer diploma at the School of Audio Engineering in Frankfurt, Germany.

2004 recording and digital editing assistant for Horst Schnebel at the “Studio 17” in Edingen.
Commercial remix productions for S17-Acts in collaboration with Markus Friedel of “ELUSE”.

Since 2005 instructor for midi and audio sequencing at TonArte
